Summer 2012 Getaway

Helloooooo, it's me & I'm back! XD
I'm a bit too lazy to blog nowadays as I'm busy as a bee but seeing that blogging is another way to improve my English too (so once in a while, I'll find sometime to blog then) ;)

After all the hectic working life from the beginning until the middle of the year, I decided to plan for my holidays to sort of destress and enjoy myself as well, right?~~ It's not just a normal holiday, it's a one month European holiday trip getaway!! YAY~~ Well, I love to travel, in case one still doesn't know about that ;)

(Actually, I didn't plan it in advance, and so my brother who resides in the UK was like nagging at me for I should have let him know at least 1 year in advance next time, in order to let him plan from his side. Besides that, no matter how early I could have planned, for my leave to be approved will still be a problem as I needed to take such a long holiday because so far, no one has taken such a longgggg holiday over at the institute before. hehe...the maximum was only 3 weeks. So, I am so cool, huh? hahaha.... Therefore, I was dead worried that my leave cannot be approved as it needed the approval from the Head of Government Secretariat at the federal territory. If one applied their leave too early, the institute HR will let you know that it is way too early to apply, and even if the leave has been approved, by that time if they feel there are a lot of work needs to be done, the approval shall be taken back)
While planning for the holidays, one will find out that there are several stress(es) in life e.g. working stress, holiday stress, so on~
Most of my friends were like so envious of me when they've found out that I was going for a UK trip! But as soon as they've seen only a few of the European pics which I posted up while visiting each place, they were more envious! It really ridicules me, they don't need to be so envious of me, just go plan for their own holidays and go lahh, right bo? A few of my friends even asked if I've been sponsored for the trip? Yeahhh, I bought a lottery and hit a jackpot!!! They thought money fall from the sky lah ;P
Don't get me wrong, I still love them as they always make me smile & laugh=)

Anyway, here are some pics to tease you and also as an evidence in which I've taken from the countries I've visited along the way! ^_^

Britain: Birmingham UK's significant landmark>> Bull Ring

Britain: Flying the Brit's Union Jack flag in Southampton

Britain: One of the Britain's red telephone box

Czech Republic: Prague's Old Town Square

Czech Republic: Breathtaking sunset view in Prague

Germany: Munich's Marienplatz in the city centre

Germany: Neushwanstein castle @ Füssen (The castle which inspires Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle)

Germany: Curry wurst (these are very temptinggggg & yummy too *seriously*)

Germany: Hohenschwangau Castle & Neushwanstein Castle on the hillside @ Füssen

Germany: Hohenschwangau Castle

Austria: Overlooking the beautiful Leopoldskron Palace in Salzburg (the front side of the palace was used as the Trapp family home for filming the Sound of Music in the 1960s and as the children were boating on the Leopoldskron Lake, they fell into the water in the film if one could still freshly remember it)

Austria: A jump at the Mirabell Garden, Salzburg (Wooahhhhhh~~)
Sweden: Another jump at the forest in Salinge (Wheeeeeeee~~)

Sweden: Overlooking the glittering sea, shoe box Royal Palace in Gamla Stan, Stockholm and with the Swedish flag flying around
So the 2012 summer has come & gone~ Such a memorable trip it was! Hasta la vista, baby and I'll be back for more next time (^_-)

p/s: Thank you bro & family for the warm welcome in the UK and for the Europe trip together! Words can't describe how grateful and happy I truly am to have the only brother like you, although we always bicker around~ (like the normal behaviour of the rats! haha..)
And of course, thank you my good friend & the family for welcoming me to the home and bringing me around 'kai kai' too!

Towards The Modern World Of Technology

What has happened to the world?
And what has it become?
For the better or for the worse?
Of course it would be for the better
As for I would think;
But for the society;
Would they think the same?
Are they living in peace ?
Or are they living in fear?
The world's becoming more advance each day
With the modern technology and stuff like that
To help in each country's economic progress.

As for the people;
The more modernised the world;
The more uncivilised the people will be.
Instead of progressing too;
They are moving backwards.
One in a million
Who could only do these beastly animal act;
Brutal murder, rape, incest and much more.
How could they have such a corrupted mind;
Many of us would think
That these things will only happen
To those 21 and below
Reason?
They're still young to take care of themselves.
But to our surprise;
These things had happened
To those much older than that too.
So my only hope;
Especially to those existing criminal
Or to the future criminal;
I pledge to you;
Stop doing these inhumane act.

Think once, think twice;
Is it gonna benefit you in the future?
Reconsider once, reconsider twice;
What are the consequences are you facing in return?
Believe in yourself;
Fight your lust;
Fight the devilish soul in your heart;
And believe in God (it can be in Buddhism/ Islam/ Hinduism/ Christianity);
I'm sure there's a will;
There's always a way
For you to make this world a better place to live in.
Think of yourself;
And think of your loved ones (Imagine if your loved ones are the victims instead,
How would you feel??);
No matter what;
Don't commit crimes;
Only civilised people have brains
To think for themselves.
So please be merciful
And put a STOP before it's too late!!

p/s: When the world is facing with the outcome of the modern technology world, somehow the morality of the people are becoming worst day by day!

The G.L.O.V.E.S which I found very special, unique and most of all, very cool because they are purple in colour!^.^

I'm not trying to promote here, just sharing what I've come across while attending an informative  seminar recently. I understand that most of us (or frankly speaking all of us) here just use the ordinary vinyl, latex...and other gloves which are low in quality and could not even stretch a bit. And besides that of course they are much much much expensive. The worst part was certain employees do not use the expensive gloves wisely. Therefore, most organization could not possibly afford to waste such money. Come to think of it, everything has its pros & cons, right?:D

For normal laboratory use which do not need stretchability, of course it's alright to use a normal gloves. But certain work which involves stretchability, the normal gloves just could not sustain it. Imagine changing a few pair of gloves in a short span of time while dealing with one type of work! Very frustrating! If you're in that shoes, you'll understand what i meant:) The best part was in certain cheapskate company, instead of protecting the employees from the hazardous work, they somehow requested their employees to recycle the gloves even for the low quality gloves....OMG!

Okay, let me tell you a bit of this impressive nitrile gloves which I fancy!
First of all, it reminded me of Barney & friends, the purple dino, in case you do not know! hehe...
Secondly, they are purple in colour!! Yay!!^.^
Thirdly, I learnt that they are stretchable, which are durable when stress! I'm luving it!;) And the sales person was so nice to give me 2 pairs of those kind of gloves. I guess i may use it for other purposes, possibly when I bathe my doggy or helping my mommy at gardening? They are for multipurpose what... hahaha...
They are a brand from Kimberly-Clarke called nitrile gloves. I've never really seen nor touch these type of glove, so i'm acting like a 'sua gu' in hokkien (mountain cow). LOL! Ahem ahem..so pls excuse meeeee.......But I've seen it from pictures before lahhh!

                                                    Above is the close-up for that gloves!
