The National Palace Museum (Ku Kong); houses the
world's largest collection of priceless Chinese art treasures, one which spans
China's nearly 5000 years of history.
At the inside of the museum, it was sooooo sardines packed. First time ever I've been into a packed museum with uncivilised people pushing me around since I am petite for my size. Anyway, no pictures taking inside the museum. So, I can only do some exterior image. ;)
|
The cute toilet symbols. U gotta dress up like Gongchu or GeGe (princess) in order to enter ya :P |
|
At the exterior of one of the museum building. |

3. Martyr's Shrine @ Zhongshan District; to observe the changing of guards
procession ceremony.
The martyr's shrine is dedicated for those who were killed during the war of the Republic of China.

The typical oriental gazebo at the shrine area |
|
The lion statue. |
|
The shrine.
Was just able to observe from outside and because the tour guide didn't allow us to spend more time to go near to it and i was told that better not get close to it. Otherwise, I would like to find out and see in more detailed. |
|
The changing of guards in Taiwan. I've seen the changing of guards - Britain and Czech Republic :D |
4.
Pixiu Fengshiu Shop (@ a nameless building, a Menara).
We were brought to this shop in order to encourage us to spend more of our money. But sorry, I can't buy, sooooo expensive. I think we had wasted more time (more than an hour or two) in shops like this by our tour guide. I rather spend more time in heritage and famous malls.
|
Pixiu, a Chinese mythical hybrid creature for fengshui purposes.
It is believed that this statue wards off evil spirits which is a powerful protector.
The tour guide even kept 2 little statues in which i think sometimes it might somehow absorbs my good energy vibes away into herself if I were to get close to her? Scary~ don't play play~ wtf |
|
Camwhoring FTW~ lmao |
5.
