Here's no knead, no eggs and no milk buns = lazy buns ;P
1. Activate 1 tablespoon of #yeast in 1 cup of #lukewarm #water and 1 tablespoon of caster #sugar
2. Let is sit fr 30min
3. The yeast will rise up by giving the foamy reaction on the surface of water.
5. Add in 1cm cut of #butter /cooking oil/ margerine
6. Add in 3-4 cups of baking #flour slowly and mix till u get a #dough.
7. Spread dough with a lil pre-flour on the board and spread the #caramelised 1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, #brownsugar and a cut of butter inside heated pot.
8. Roll it over and cut evenly into small pieces.
9. Arrange orderly on the baking tray with an aluminium foil on to avoid the tray becoming dirty.
10. Let the dough sit fr as long as possible to let it rise to shape while the oven is pre-heat at 170 degrees C.
11. Bake the buns fr 40 min.

It may seem to be hard when it's cold. To make it fluffier, allow dough to sit for as long as possible to form air. |
